- Payments & Refunds

- All payments made to Vimoksh Dhyan Yog FZ LLC — whether via bank transfer, online gateways, third-party platforms, cash, cheque, or credit/debit card — are non-refundable and non-adjustable against any other product or service.
- Refunds or credit notes will be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Cancellation of a Session or Course by Vimoksh: A full refund or credit note will be issued to the client.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If damage is reported immediately upon receipt, an appropriate refund or replacement will be arranged.
- Karma Readings

- Karma Readings are strictly non-transferable and are intended exclusively for the individual who has purchased the service.
- Karma reading to be availed within 15 days from the date of purchase. Extensions will not be provided unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
- Instalment Plans

- Installment plans may be made available for select services or products, subject to Vimoksh’s sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
- Client Information & Confidentiality
To schedule a session, clients are required to provide accurate and complete personal details, including:

• Email ID
• Date of Birth

- Pricing, Services & Availability

- All prices, product availability, and service offerings are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
- Vimoksh Dhyan Yog FZ LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product or service at its sole discretion.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling

- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
- Late cancellations (made within 24 hours of the scheduled session) or missed appointments will incur a full session fee, which will either be deducted from an existing package or billed separately.
- Age Requirement

- Clients must be 18 years of age or older to access our services independently.
- Individuals under the age of 18 may only receive services with written parental/guardian consent or when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
