The product must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
If the product has been used, or the product’s original box was opened, or the original seal was removed, we will decline the refund and return the product back to you unless there is a manufacturing defect.
When your order is shipped, you will be notified by email, and once it’s out for delivery you will receive a link to track your item.
Damages and issues please inspect your order and email us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Video made while opening the seal packed package of the item will only be considered.
