How does same-day delivery and next-day delivery work?

All the products takes minimum 4-5 working days to be delivered to your doorstep.
We do not offer same day delivery / Next day delivery at this time.

How can I cancel my order?

There is No cancellation Policy with House of Energy online products for now.

What is our return policy?

The product must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
If the product has been used, or the product’s original box was opened, or the original seal was removed, we will decline the refund and return the product back to you unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently we only ship orders to Dubai, RAK, Sharjah

Will I receive a confirmation phone call before delivery happens?

We’ll notify you about the status of your order via SMS and email.

We’ll only call you if any of the information provided by you needs additional verification.

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, you will be notified by email, and once it’s out for delivery you will receive a link to track your item.

Damages and issues
please inspect your order and email us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Video made while opening the seal packed package of the item will only be considered.
