For Vimoksh’s events, courses, and retreats, the following payment terms and conditions could be considered:

1. Payment Methods: Vimoksh accepts payments through various methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, online payment gateways, and cash payments (if applicable).
2. Booking Confirmation: Registration for events, courses, or retreats is confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit or full payment, depending on the specific event. 
3. Deposit and Balance: A deposit is required to secure a booking, with the remaining balance due by a specified date prior to the start of the event, course, or retreat.
4. Cancellation Policy:   Cancellations made by participants may result in forfeiture of the deposit or a percentage of the total fee, depending on the timing of the cancellation. Subject to Vimoksh’s discretion, full payment may refunded or adjusted. Vimoksh reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events, courses, or retreats due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants may receive a full refund or have the option to transfer their booking to a future date/event.
5. Refunds: Refunds are issued according to the cancellation policy and are typically processed within a 15 days time frame after cancellation requests are received.
6. Late Payments: Participants are responsible for ensuring that payments are made by the specified due dates. Late payments may incur additional fees or result in the cancellation of the booking.
7. Currency and Taxes: All prices are listed in AED and may be subject to applicable taxes or fees, which will be clearly outlined in the booking details.
8. Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information at the time of booking, as well as adhering to any requirements or guidelines provided by Vimoksh for participation in the event, course, or retreat.
9. Liability: Vimoksh holds no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event, course, or retreat, and participants are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance coverage.
10. Terms Acceptance: By completing the booking process, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by Vimoksh’s payment terms and conditions.
11. These terms and conditions aim to ensure transparency, clarity, and fairness for both Vimoksh and its participants when it comes to booking and attending events, courses, and retreats.
